My friend is screwed up...?

About 2 weeks ago my friend was tested HIV positive, and he had locked himself in his house without leaving since then. However, he called me recently and told me that if he is going to die from HIV he's taking as many people down with him as he can. I'm concerned for him, he's not exactly great looking and I doubt he will have much success with his plan. I have told him that he wouldn't be able to take many people with him who will have sex with him willingly, and he told be that I either will have to contract HIV to help him in his plan, or else he will give my wife HIV. I don't know what to do here, any help?
